We're a locally owned pawn and jewelry company with four Sacramento-area stores, serving customers since 1992. No pawn experience needed. We train you on gold, diamonds, jewelry, electronics, and lending.
Sales & Loan Associate (Full-Time)
You'll be the face of our store: helping customers buy, sell, and borrow against their jewelry, gold, and electronics. Every day is different, and you'll learn a skill set most people never get to.
What you'll do
- Write pawn loans and help customers with payments, renewals, and pickups
- Test and evaluate gold, jewelry, and electronics (we'll teach you)
- Sell jewelry and merchandise and help customers find the right piece
- Run the register and POS, and keep the showroom organized and professional
What we're looking for
- A positive, honest person who treats customers and coworkers with respect
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Comfortable with basic math, a computer, and a cash register
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 30 lbs
