Accessibility Statement
Capital City Loan & Jewelry wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and get the help they need. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What We Have Done
We reviewed every page of our website in October 2026 and made these improvements:
- Improved color contrast for headings, menus, and footer text so they are easier to read
- Provided text descriptions for images, icons, and buttons used by screen readers
- Labeled form fields, option buttons, and the chat window
- Allowed pinch-to-zoom on phones and tablets
- Made pop-up windows closable with a keyboard
We continue to review our website as we add and update content.
Third-Party Content
Some parts of our website are provided by other companies, such as our text-chat and messaging tools, embedded videos, and maps. We work with these providers, but we do not fully control their content or design.
